Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Nature of the Service
This is a private Cabal Online server operated by fans of the game. We have no affiliation, partnership, or authorization from EstSoft, the holder of the original game's rights. Cabal Online and all its assets (graphics, trademarks, etc.) are the property of EstSoft. This server exists as a community project maintained by voluntary contributions.
Accounts
Each person may only have one account. Account sharing is prohibited. You are responsible for your account's security. The administration reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without obligation to refund.
Donations
All payments made are voluntary donations to support the maintenance and operation of the server. Donations do not constitute a purchase of products or services. Cash and items received in exchange for donations are symbolic benefits with no real commercial value. Donations are non-refundable, except where required by law. Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian authorization to make donations. Items obtained through loot boxes (Premium Cases) are random, with no guarantee of obtaining specific items.
Minors
This service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental or legal guardian consent. Users under 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian authorization to make donations. Loot boxes (Premium Cases) contain random items, and the user acknowledges that there is no guarantee of obtaining specific items. In compliance with Brazilian Law 15.211/2025 (Digital Statute for Children and Adolescents), parents or legal guardians may request the deletion or restriction of a minor's account by contacting us on Discord.
Virtual Items
Virtual items, currencies, and any in-game goods have no real-world value. The administration may modify, adjust, or remove items and the game economy at any time to maintain balance and server health.
Prohibited Conduct
The following is prohibited: use of cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized software; exploitation of bugs or glitches without reporting to the team; trading accounts, items, or in-game currency for real money (RMT); harassment, threats, or toxic behavior towards other players; attempts to compromise server security; and any action that harms other players' experience.
Limitation of Liability
The server is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, uptime, or continuity. We are not liable for loss of data, items, or in-game progress. The team will do its best to keep the server stable, but interruptions may occur without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via Discord. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
