This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We are a private Cabal Online server with no affiliation or partnership with EstSoft, the holder of the game's rights. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following information: email address (for account creation and activation), username (for in-game identification), IP address (for security and fraud prevention), phone number (optional, for account recovery), and payment data processed by third parties (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card data directly on our servers. Personal data processing is carried out in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Lei 13.709/2018).
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: manage your account and authentication, ensure server security and prevent fraud, apply anti-cheat and anti-abuse measures, process voluntary donations, and communicate important server updates.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the operation and security of the website: authentication token (to keep your session active) and consent preferences. These cookies are essential for service operation and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services: Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, and security), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). Each service has its own privacy policy and operates independently.
Data Security
We implement technical measures to protect your information, including password encryption, short-lived JWT tokens, Cloudflare protection, and restricted data access. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your data.
Protection of Minors' Data
We apply special protections to the data of users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental or legal guardian consent. Parents or legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data by contacting us on Discord. This processing complies with Brazilian Law 15.211/2025 (Digital Statute for Children and Adolescents) and LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018).
Your Rights
You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us on Discord. After your request, your data will be removed within 30 days, except when retention is required for legal obligations or dispute resolution.
